STCS has a core of experienced Business Analysts and qualified PRINCE2 and DSDM Atern Project Managers who have accumulated experience more than twenty years through a variety of IT projects. Through the years there is experience with analysis ranging from SSADM through RAD and prototyping to UML and Agile methods, and with project management using PRINCE2 and DSDM Atern.

STCS has been responsible for the delivery of entire systems from requirements capture to acceptance testing by the client and in larger projects we have also provided resources to work alongside the client's own resources.

STCS has many years of experience of providing support for client systems.

As well as support for our own systems we provide 2nd and 3rd line support for a number of our client's systems and we are also on hand and ready with the business knowledge to provide planned enhancements when required.

Established in 1997, Resolution, the IT recruitment specialist division of STCS Limited, has extensive experience in identifying IT Contractors and Permanent IT skills. As many of our current contractors have at one time or another worked on in-house projects or/through our sister company STCS, so we can genuinely attest to having 'known commodities' in our contractor resource base.

Our 'unique asset' is that we can offer a 'blended service approach' of either agency IT recruitment services through Resolution our in-house IT consultants and 'industrial strength' software development expertise (and associated business and systems analysis and systems designs strengths too!) from our STCS IT services division.

We believe this 'flexible service approach' is unique in our region, meaning that when your IT/Technology Division are looking for those critical project IT skills you are either dealing with an IT recruiter who at the very least understands the skills you seek and has some conception of where they fit into your project OR you are dealing with a IT services 'sub-contractor' who can transplant a team of skills and expertise into your business or take in a project or application and see it through to completion. STCS began as an IT Consultancy delivering IT Training, and we still offer this as part of our services mix, particularly for bespoke systems, developed either by ourselves or by our clients.

We also offer Training Needs Analysis, where experienced Training Analyst Consultants can determine the optimum training program. We also design IT training systems, using systems such as Captivate to deliver Online Training Content & e learning systems.

We also retain a strong base of experienced freelance training consultants, who work with us in the delivery of IT training projects.
