Our high flying degree apprentice Jennifer Gane, was invited to speak at a prestigious event held by Northumbria University to help promote the government-backed Degree Apprenticeship scheme.
Jennifer was among the first 18 students to enroll on the Digital Technology Solutions course in 2015 and was the highest scoring student in the first year of the degree which is a fantastic achievement and testament to her hard work and dedication.
Director John Wiseman also spoke at the event and described how the scheme has become a key route for STCS to recruit talented developers at the very beginning of their careers, we currently have three degree apprentices and certainly intend to continue with the scheme alongside our more traditional graduate route.
